Wild Squirrels Invade Madres
We rode for seven days and 1,700 miles. The first three days we averaged around 300 miles then toned things down to around 160. The average temperature was in the high seventies, crossed a few passes over 10,000 feet and we never dropped below 5,000 feet until we started home. Two minor breakdowns, lots of food, and good friends.
You can’t get much more American than riding Harley’s, smoking cigars, eating burgers and drinking (Mexican beer?).
