The morning started out warm and sunny with a reasonable hour to meet for a short ride to the Oxnard Salsa Festival. 10:30 we meet at the Hot Spots on lower State Street. Brain, Mike, myself Ronnie, and I brought along Gladys who hadn't been on a ride lately. I knew this would be a fun day and it was all that.
We headed out cruising down the 101 arriving at Salsa central. As we cruised along we saw dolphins playing in the surf, nice.
Upon arrival I spotted the Salsa dancers and music that caught my eye. My cohorts disappeared, as I was engrossed in the dancers and music. But, I was able to catch up with them naturally at the food booth. Yum Yum good stuff. After sampling a few selections the fish tacos were in my opinion the best ever. Thanks, Brain for the heads up on that find.
We found our way over to the Salsa taste tent where we were able to sample the various Salsas available. What a treat some real fire if that's what you were looking for as well as lots of great flavors.

We hung out for a while, then made our way back to Santa Barbara with much of the afternoon to do much more with family and friends or to keep on riding. Thanks so much for keeping me company on what turned out to be a great day.
Enjoy the pics.
