Hollister / Santa Cruz Run '09

For those of you who were not able to make the ride to Hollister, you missed a good time. About ten of us road up on Thursday with our road captain, Allan Goldman, leading the way. Friday was spent in Hollister where the usual T-shirts were purchased along with other stuff we didn’t need. That night more local folks showed up at the hotel where SB Bike Nighters put in a great showing. Saturday was spent riding through the hills of Santa Cruz and then lunch in the town of hippies where we ran into even more SB riders. We then leisurely rode back to the rally or the hotel. Upon our Sunday departure from Hollister we ran into another one of our local bikers while we were gassing up, Popeye. The heat as it turned out was a non-issue.
